At Sequestered Development we are committed to ensuring that construction will intentionally leaving no footprints, and make no waves.

It is important to us, as we operate across multiple countries and interact with many cultures, that we are responsible not only in our development practices, but culturally sensitive to the people we are building for.

That is why we felt it was important to have an entire division of our project dedicated to ensuring each and every one of our developments are sustainable, ecologically sound, cohesive with local cultures around us, and built with an eye for local architectural and structural excellence.

Sequestered development

At Sequestered Farms we believe in sustainable, energy-efficient farming so that no one goes hungry.

Using patented green technology with 90% less water consumption than traditional farming, and up to twelve times more energy efficiency than commercial grade hydroponics, we are committing to faster and more excellent food production for each Ecotourism project. This not only takes the burden of food importation off of distressed local markets, but it means that our guests have the benefit of local, organic, and fully sustainable products throughout the duration of their stay.

Hunger remains one of the worlds leading challenges. Mindful that our ecotourism locations are in ecologically impacted areas, Sequestered Farms is our multifaceted approach to providing the highest quality produce and protein to our valued guests. This also creates a substantial increase in nutrition to the surrounding communities.

At Sequestered Oasis we are addressing desertification that has been an increasingly devastating force in desert regions. And local communities, whose survival depends on renewal of Oasis lands in the desert, have been the most heavily impacted.

By reseeding oasis, Sequestered Oasis is committed to fighting desertification, reinvigorating struggling communities, and reestablishing the fragile ecosystems that keeps the desert vibrant and alive for its many endangered inhabitants.

At Sequestered Reef we believe that our global health begins with our oceans. Coral ecosystems are a crucial regenerative force in the environment that is vital in maintaining marine life equilibrium. Volatile ocean temperatures, pollution, and rising water acidity have turned vibrant reefs into aquatic dead zones.

By dedicating our client experiences and deployment of new coral health strategies, we are focused on the regeneration of the larger coral ecosystems and environments. We are the first hotel committed to creating both a new client experience centered around oceanic learning and enjoyment, while also taking a wholistic approach to renewing and replenishing marine habitats.

Restoring biodiversity is core to each of our hotels. Every project needs a beginning, and restoration begins with seeds in the ground that will revitalize previously devastated ecosystems.

These initiatives empower our unique ecotourism experiences while addressing the immediacy of the planet’s need for restoring the earth’s forests. Utilizing green energy technology, sustainable water consumption, and local engagement, Sequestered Growth is committed to the rewilding and restoring of native tree species.

Education continues to be a dividing commodity in our world, and part of our commitment to the communities whose environments have been destabilized, cultures have been colonized, and economies remain on the fridge of development, is that we are deeply dedicated to their future, both in ecology and education.

The Sequestered Learning Experience will be a fully integrated trilingual school which aims to teach the fundamentals of education through an important mix of classroom learning, innovative technological interaction, and real-world application.

At Sequestered Moon we believe that women around the world have the right to dignity during menstruation.

Unfortunately, many women around the world do not have access to menstrual products, or even a complete understanding of the natural cycles of their bodies. This coupled with certain cultural stigmas in some developing nations can have mental, physical, and monetary repercussions in women’s lives. Through our comprehensive and inclusive initiatives, we aspire to improve women's health, while impacting impoverished communities' ability for women to achieve equal rights.

Through communal outreach, women's initiatives, and more, we are creating spaces where women can understand and manage their periods with dignity.

With so much of the world having limited to no access to life saving health care, Sequestered Health is committed to addressing this growing need.

By bringing health and women's health services to the communities surrounding our hotels, our medical clinics will provide safe care free of charge.

We are also dedicated to producing innovative green medical supplies and reducing importation. Our plan is to use our locally made products from locally sourced materials to sustainably support our health initiatives.

At Sequestered H20 we believe that everyone should have access to clean and safe drinking water. By adopting a holistic approach to our hotels, we have made it our mission to provide the same standards of drinking water to the local communities as we serve to our luxury clientele.

By deploying water conservation and stewardship programs throughout each hotel project, we will create sustainable water management systems that meet the demands for our guests and the local community.

Our advanced water sequestration technologies and methodologies provide an ideal platform for educating our guests and the local community to achieve low consumption, sustainable water use and management.
